This weekend Central Broward Regional Park and Stadium will serve as a Point of Distribution (POD) Saturday and Sunday, September 16-17from 8am to 6pm and will distribute water, ice and Meals Ready-To-Eat (MRE) until supplies are depleted.  

 

The Urban League of Broward County and friends of the community will provide hot meals from food trucks on Saturday, September 16, from 10 am to 2 pm at Dillard High School located at 2501 NW 11th St, Fort Lauderdale, 33311.  



Resident Assistance:
The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has added Broward County to the list of counties eligible for individual assistance. That means homeowners with damage that is documented can apply for funding from FEMA. Information on eligibility criteria and the types of assistance available can be found at disaster assistance.gov or by calling 1-800-621-3362. Residents without internet access can use the computers at Broward County libraries to register for FEMA Individual Assistance. 

 

Residents and businesses are urged to stay connected for updates. PLEASE NOTE: Broward County's s Emergency Hotline, 311 or 954-831-4000, has resumed normal business hours 8:30AM to 5PM, Monday through Friday. Visit Broward County online at:
