What's your views on the jailing of Mahendra Patel in Georgia, accused of attempted kidnapping at Walmart

1

In March 2025, Mahendra Patel, a 56-year-old resident of Kennesaw, Georgia and millionaire landlord, was arrested following an incident at a Walmart in Acworth. He faces charges of kidnapping, simple assault, and simple battery after allegedly attempting to take a child from their mother inside the store.

The video footage submitted by the store, clearly shows there was no violence between the lying white woman and Patel. His attorney stated he, by his paternal instinct had simply reached in to assist when the 2 year old boy appeared to be falling. The cops however claim that the video has been altered and what they have shows aggression and actual kidnapping effort, yet refuse to provide said video to Patel's legal team.

The white woman is renowned to make false claims and seek monetary compensation. She currently has a case in court against the Lyft company with claim that the driver sexually assaulted her. She first claimed that he raped her, then when no such proof was presented since she refused (as reported) to do a medical rape test, she altered her statement. The driver, a white male, was never arrested and the suit has not been dropped. Her character is one of total selfishness. She was using a shopping scooter which is provided by the store for handicapped shoppers, but she grabbed it to provide fun ride for her kids, without regard for the person who would need it.

Mahendra has been in jail since his arrest and the white run court has denied bail, knowing he is financially able to pay. One could easily see the bigotry at hand.
