It's no surprise that US government citizen aid provisions have long been a swamp, laden with corrupt politicians who were getting kick-backs from the private companies where assistance dollars were passed. However this video exposes the many private companies that have been skimming the tax cash since the Reagan admin, when aid money stopped going directly to the citizens in need, but instead passed to private sector which were tasked to handle the distribution much more efficiently.
