The "pro-natalist" policy presented by the far-right all white male administration has been recognized by insiders as being a pro-white birth increase project, funded by the government. There have been rumors of implementing methods to suppress births of non-whites by use of medical processes, food etc, but that's more of a conspiracy nature. The magazine called "Daily Kos" reports:
President Donald Trump wants women in the U.S. to have more babies—as long as they’re white.
“The White House has been hearing out a chorus of ideas in recent weeks for persuading Americans to get married and have more children, an early sign that the Trump administration will embrace a new cultural agenda pushed by many of its allies on the right to reverse declining birthrates and push conservative family values,” The New York Times reported earlier this week. That’s quite a dramatic shift in conservative thinking about family planning, which for decades has consisted of claims that “Black and brown mothers are having babies for those sweet, sweet welfare benefits.”
The statement suggests that what is potentially being planned is a method that was implemented by the nazis in 1930s when they declared that the pure white aryans were the superior human who should own the world. This is part of the "project 2025". The mass deportations has nothing to do with protection from criminals but simply to remove non-whites. There are way more white European undocumented immigrants in America and none are being hunted, arrested, chained and sent to concentration camps.
The misogynistic element
There is also "prize money" of $5k per kid. However because the the government is now run by extreme christian fundamentalists, there is a misogynistic element, therefore the qualification requires the mother to be unemployed, bible thumping cultist and married. The plan is to discourage females from seeking college level education or career and just be the humble and obedient house wife.
The single factor that could offset the challenges of declining birth rates is simply accepting migrants, a long time proven method to boost workforce. However that logic is what extreme christian conservatives hate the most. The problem is that many immigrants are not white, 'cos if they were, conservatives probably wouldn’t be hating and mass deporting right now. They've already proposed an importing of Elon Musk's all white South African people, to make them immediate American citizens, so clearly the problem is not about immigrants, it's solely about non-white immigrants who are despised by white christian nationalists who believe their maker only supports Caucasians.
