Musical artist Collé Kharis was born and raised in Guyana, where his love for music took root in childhood as he watched his father spin vinyl on a vintage turntable. The rich melodies and rhythms from those records lit a creative fire in him, sparking a desire to explore and experiment with sound. What began as childhood curiosity soon blossomed into a deep, lifelong passion, shaping his unique fusion of genres and influences. In 1990, his journey took a new turn when he and his family moved to Brooklyn, New York.
